    Coach Redd's group classes are both enjoyable and highly effective. He pushes participants to their limits and demonstrates a strong understanding of muscle sequencing in a group setting.

    His one-on-one personal training sessions are also distinctive and functional. He pays close attention to proper form, ensuring you target muscles you may not have realized you had. I've witnessed many of his clients undergo remarkable transformations and maintain their physiques thanks to his training approach, which emphasizes deep muscle fibers rather than just superficial aesthetics. He prioritizes building real inner strength and muscle endurance.

    Training under Redd has been a life-changing experience. He’s been my boxing coach for the last 4 years and throughout that time, he has helped me become stronger mentally and physically. He has a variety of strategies to challenge me and keep me engaged. My boxing skills are becoming more polished because of his coaching and mentorship. He also gives great advice about diet and living healthily. Every training session is tough but rewarding and fulfilling at the same time.
