Since I've never tried this sport before, I'm approaching this with a serious and positive attitude.
I signed up for Team Raley with three other teammates, so we're training together in a small, private practice (PT) group. Having teammates to support each other throughout the preparation process makes the atmosphere much better.
Training is relaxed, but it's also really hard work; the intensity is high, definitely not slack off.
The facilities are complete, and the training arrangements are professional, allowing the four of us to maintain a similar pace and intensity.
The curriculum not only teaches Hyrox techniques but also focuses on improving muscle strength and tolerance, allowing me to enhance not only explosive power but also the duration and endurance of my power output.
There's also a place to ask for advice on other training methods like boxing and jumping; the overall package is quite comprehensive! 😂

我將係今年五月首次參加Hyrox 比賽,現時開始訓練。
因為以前完全冇接觸過呢項運動,所以今次抱住認真、積極心態去準備。
我同另外三位隊友一齊報名參加Team Raley ,所以我們以PT 小班形式一齊訓練,成個備賽過程有隊友互相支持,氣氛更好。
訓練方面,氣氛輕鬆,同時亦真係 hard work,強度唔低,絕對唔係hea練。
場地設備齊全,訓練安排專業,令我哋四個可以保持差唔多嘅節奏同強度去進行訓練。
內容上,唔單止會教 HYROX 相關嘅技巧,亦會兼顧肌力同肌肉耐受度(tolerance)嘅提升,令我除咗爆發力之外,亦可以加強力量輸出嘅持續時間同耐力。
